Northwest Building Wayfinding
All of the Northwest Building’s spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Digital wayfinding kiosks are located in four of the Northwest Building lobbies, L1 South, L1 East, L1 North Parking Garage Lobby and B1 North. Each kiosk offers an interactive wayfinding map and directory for Northwest. A QR code to the mobile version allows visitors to use the wayfinder on any mobile device such as an iPhone or iPad.
Northwest Building Classroom & Meeting Room Audio Support
RF Transmitter assistive listening devices are available for use in Northwest classrooms and meeting rooms through Educational Support Services (ESS). Call 617-495-5775, or visit Northwest room B111 to obtain a device.
The Northwest ESS Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. For assistance outside of normal operating hours, please call the ESS Main Office at 617-495-9460. Email general inquiries for assisted listening to ess@fas.harvard.edu .
